Hmmm...tough cookie to crack!

What you need to ask yourself is this: What differentiates you? Why should they hire you rather than the person with a Social Work degree but no programming experience?

I would think that, for you, it is the MBA in Finance. There are many people that are into development, but not many of them have MBAs. If you could work on financial applications, for example, then your domain expertise might help you out.

Reply:Diversify, diversify diversify.
Reply:Couldn't hurt, but I would say not that great. Without relavent experience and/or a degree in computer science, your chances are slim to none.
Reply:Try to get familiar with using the computer, learn programming courses, and data structures %26amp; algorithm, then learn new technology.
